Nippon Life India Asset Management, on Thursday, reported a 6% annual decline in its net profit after tax (PAT) to ₹324.4 crore for September quarter FY27. The decline in profit was driven by a one-time exceptional item of ₹96.76 crore pertaining to Sebi settlement proceedings. The company earned a profit after tax of ₹344.64 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue from operations surged 21% year-on-year to ₹796 crore in the July-September period of FY27 from ₹658.1 crore a year ago, the asset management firm said in a stock exchange filing.
