DLF enters collaboration for 7.48-acre Gurugram land; Sector 61 parcel to expand to 36 acres
DLF has entered into a collaboration for a fresh 7.48-acre parcel adjoining its existing land in Sector 61, Gurugram, taking the contiguous site to about 36 acres. The company aims to conclude the transaction by Q4 FY27 and is also preparing residential launches in Mumbai and DLF Phase 4.

It expects to conclude the transaction by Q4 FY27. Management said the additional parcel has increased the development potential of the site, although it did not disclose the proposed project’s saleable area, gross development value or launch timeline.
Around two years ago, the company had undertaken a transaction involving approximately 28.5 acres through the acquisition of bonds. About 19.5 acres had been conveyed to the company earlier, while encumbrances over another 7.06-acre portion were removed during Q2 FY27, following which the related payment was completed.
The fresh 7.48-acre collaboration is also linked to a lender-led resolution involving a delinquent borrower, with proceeds from the transaction to be paid to the lenders, management said.

The company is also targeting the launch of an unnamed luxury-plus residential project in DLF phase-IV, Gurugram, during Q4 FY27. Management clarified that the project has not yet been formally named and said it would be positioned in line with the company’s recent luxury developments.
