EAAA India Alternatives IPO details

The Rs 1,200 crore EAAA India Alternatives IPO was a book-built issue comprising entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 72.07 lakh equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Edelweiss Securities & Investments Pvt.

The public issue opened for subscription on October 26 and closed on October 28, 2026. The basis of allotment was finalised on October 29, with the shares listing on the NSE and BSE on November 2.

The IPO received an overall subscription of 5.51 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed 13.80 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) segment saw 4.81 times subscription. The retail investor portion was subscribed 1.08 times.

The company fixed the final issue price at Rs 1,665 per share, with a lot size of nine shares. Retail investors were required to make a minimum investment of Rs 14,985.

Axis Capital Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar to the issue.

Since the IPO was entirely an OFS, EAAA India Alternatives will not receive any proceeds from the public offering. The entire amount raised will accrue to the selling shareholder, Edelweiss Securities & Investments Pvt.
