The company said prices have "mainly been impacted by inflationary trends and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties". The revised prices will come into effect in November 2026 after the festive season.
It has undertaken a range of cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives to mitigate the impact of rising costs, while also absorbing a substantial portion of these increases, according to the exchange filing.
"However, with input costs continuing to remain elevated, the price revision has become necessary to partially mitigate higher manufacturing and operating expenses," the company said.
The price hikes will vary across models, variants and geographies within the Kubota, Farmtrac and Powertrac portfolios and will be available through authorised dealerships.
This comes amid mounting cost pressures across industries as the US-Israeli war with Iran feeds into higher energy costs and inflation.
While the conflict has so far had a limited impact on economic growth, industry bellwethers across the auto, FMCG and paints sectors have flagged rising input costs and potential margin pressures.
Higher raw material, energy and logistics expenses, alongside supply-chain uncertainties, are adding to manufacturing costs, prompting companies such as Escorts Kubota to pass on part of the burden to consumers.
