IndiQube Spaces to invest up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty for 49% stake

IndiQube Spaces has approved an investment of up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty for a stake of up to 49% on a fully diluted basis. SaiEdge will develop commercial office space that IndiQube intends to lease upon completion.

The investment may be made in one or more tranches. The company said the investment is aimed at strategic participation in a commercial real estate opportunity.

SaiEdge Realty will undertake the development of owned commercial office space, while IndiQube intends to lease the office space developed by the company upon completion.

Separately, the company’s board took on record the resignation of Avalur Gopalaratnam Muralikrishnan as independent director with effect from the close of business hours on October 19, 2026.

The board also appointed Ishwar Subramanian as an additional independent director with effect from October 19, 2026.

It has recommended his appointment as an independent director for a period of five consecutive years, from October 19, 2026 to October 18, 2031.
