Multibagger alert! PC Jeweller shares jump 6% to fresh 52-week high, rally over 100% in 2026

PC Jeweller shares have been seeing a sharp uptick recently. Earlier last month, the company announced that it had repaid its outstanding dues to all 14 consortium banks, achieving debt-free status ahead of schedule.

The settlement agreement, which was signed in September, 2024, was a one-time settlement between PC Jeweller and a 14-bank consortium led by State Bank of India (SBI), which aimed to resolve a stressed loan book that stood at nearly Rs 4,100 crore as of March 2024. The other consortium members included Union Bank, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, Bank of India, IDBI Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, Bank of Baroda and IDFC First Bank. The company said the debt-free status will materially strengthen its balance sheet and financial position.

Earlier this month, Cupid promoter Aditya Kumar Halwasiya bought 5.10 crore shares in the company, further boosting sentiment. Aditya Halwasiya, chairman and managing director of Cupid Ltd, is a third-generation entrepreneur who emerged as India's fastest wealth creator by percentage growth, according to the M3M Hurun India Rich List 2026.

PC Jeweller shares have gained more than 28% in one week and 45% in a month, with the stock being up 100% in 2026 so far.

In the longer term, the stock delivered multibagger returns of more than 480% in three years and 560% in five years. The company has a market capitalisation of around Rs 18,636 crore.
