Nestle Q2 business highlights
E-commerce growth was driven by continued momentum in quick commerce, supported by better product availability, channel-specific assortments and pack sizes, stronger digital shelf execution and targeted shopper engagement. Organised trade also recorded strong growth across key categories, aided by better in-store execution, consumer activations, improved shelf visibility and continued expansion of the store network.
The out-of-home business grew on the back of customer retention and acquisition, innovation and premiumisation. Nestlé expanded its beverage portfolio through Nescafe Duo Gusto, described as an industry-first hot and cold machine, and a wider range of cold beverage solutions such as Nestle Shikanji. In food, recipe-led innovations supported the expansion of Maggi Coconut Milk Powder in coastal cuisines and increased adoption of Milkmaid in cafés and bakeries.
Exports sustained strong double-digit growth, driven by portfolio expansion and market development. During the quarter, Maggi Masala-e-Magic was launched in Canada, while Nescafe Sunrise expanded into five West African markets. Nestlé also introduced a new instant coffee variant in the Middle East.
