The blue tsunami across America has sent ripples through Wall Street, too. US President Donald Trump's massive midterm setback hasn't rattled investors. In fact, markets have rallied. The Dow jumped more than 1,500 points, while the S&P 500 posted its best session in three months. Oil prices plunged and Treasury bonds rallied.Trump has traditionally been seen as the more market-friendly leader. He has promised tax cuts, deregulation and a business-first approach. So why are investors celebrating a result that could put the brakes on his economic agenda?
