NUREMBERG, Germany -- Claus Kress, special adviser on the crime of aggression to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, said in an interview with Nikkei that attempts to destroy the court will fail if its core supporters remain steadfast. He called for unity among major countries, including Japan, in support of the court after U.S. President Donald Trump's administration imposed sanctions on the ICC.
